Today, as Security & Emergency Manager at Soudah Development, he leads security and emergency-management operations within a flagship Saudi Vision 2030 tourism development, while advancing the use of AI-powered surveillance and drone technology.

From Maritime Security to Mega-Project Resilience

Previously, as Maritime Security Manager at Red Sea Global, Turki directed security operations across development zones, strengthening ISPS compliance, threat assessments, emergency preparedness, and coordination with Coast Guard and law-enforcement authorities.

His earlier leadership at DP World and King Abdullah Port established deep expertise in port facility security, ISO 28000, security planning, emergency response, contractor governance, and multi-agency operations.
