Sehrish Khandia: Building Consumer Tech, Brand Strategy, and Supply Chain Ventures with Purpose

Sehrish Khandia is an entrepreneur, strategist, and operator who spent 18 years building a corporate career across the US and GCC before deciding to create the companies she believed should exist. Her journey reflects a clear shift from working within established systems to building her own, with a focus on solving everyday problems through practical, scalable, and commercially grounded ventures.

Today, Sehrish leads multiple businesses across consumer technology, marketing, and sourcing. She is the founder and CEO of Byondbites, an AI-powered food and health app available on the App Store and Google Play, the co-founder of Allign Marketing KSA, a strategy-led agency built for brands growing in Saudi Arabia, and the founder of Atlas Sourcing, a B2B sourcing company connecting GCC businesses to global suppliers. Her work sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, growth strategy, and execution.

From corporate life to company building

After nearly two decades in corporate roles, Sehrish made the decision to step away from the “wrong ceiling” and build ventures that matched her vision. That decision led her into entrepreneurship with a portfolio approach, creating businesses that each solve a different problem but share the same logic: make operations smarter, more human, and more effective.

Her background gives her unusual range. She has worked in retail leadership, marketing, business development, logistics, sourcing, and supply chain operations, which means she understands how strategy translates into real-world performance. That combination of commercial experience and founder mindset shows up clearly in the way she structures her companies and speaks about growth.

Byondbites and everyday health

Byondbites is perhaps her most visible venture and the one most directly tied to consumer pain points. The app scans what users already have in their pantry and turns those ingredients into recipes, helping reduce decision fatigue, food waste, and the mental load of meal planning. It is designed to make cooking feel simpler and more personal, while its Health Mode adds meal plans and exercise guidance around a user’s real life instead of generic templates.

As a certified nutritionist, Sehrish brings credibility to the product’s wellness logic, and the platform is expanding into sleep, hydration, and daily habits. Byondbites is also being positioned for monetization and pre-seed fundraising, showing that the venture is being built with both product value and business sustainability in mind. The app’s early presence on major platforms suggests a founder who is focused on execution, not just ideas.

Allign Marketing KSA and brand growth

Alongside Byondbites, Sehrish co-founded Allign Marketing KSA with Krishna Anand, a strategy-led marketing agency built for companies that want more than surface-level visibility. The agency focuses on brand strategy, activations, events, and positioning that are designed to convert, not just look polished. Its approach starts with a simple but powerful question: why would anyone choose you.

That question reflects Sehrish’s broader philosophy as a founder. She is not interested in marketing that exists only for aesthetics; she wants brands to earn attention through relevance, clarity, and customer behavior insight. In a market like Saudi Arabia, where localization and credibility matter deeply, that thinking is a strong competitive advantage.

Atlas Sourcing and supply chain access

Sehrish also leads Atlas Sourcing, a B2B sourcing platform that connects GCC businesses with reliable global suppliers. The business addresses a real gap in the region by making sourcing more human-led and relationship-driven, rather than transactional and fragmented. This reflects another recurring theme in her career: using operational intelligence to remove friction from complex business processes.

Her sourcing and supply chain background is not theoretical. At ABT Group, she transitioned from marketing into supply chain and generated major savings by negotiating contracts that reduced procurement costs by more than SAR 5 million in her first year. That experience, combined with her certification as a Supply Chain Specialist, gives Atlas Sourcing a practical foundation.

A builder shaped by execution

Before becoming a founder, Sehrish built a strong operational base through roles in retail, logistics, and marketing. She led teams at H&M and JCPenney in the US, managing sales performance, merchandising, staffing, and customer experience in high-volume retail environments. She later moved into marketing leadership in Saudi Arabia, where she managed activations, events, and high-profile campaigns, including Saudi Arabia’s first Women’s International Day with more than 10,000 attendees.

Those experiences matter because they shaped her leadership style. She knows how to manage teams, work across functions, and build systems that support growth. Her background in both front-end customer experience and back-end operations helps explain why her ventures feel commercially grounded rather than purely conceptual.

A founder with range and conviction

Sehrish’s profile stands out because she is not building one company in one lane; she is building an ecosystem of ventures that reflect her skills and convictions. She combines leadership, marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, strategic sourcing, and startup development into a founder profile that is both versatile and focused. Whether she is talking about food, brands, or supply chains, the underlying pattern is the same: solve real problems with clarity, intelligence, and commercial discipline.

Saudi Women Leaders proudly recognize Sehrish Khandia as a purpose-driven entrepreneur whose work is shaping new possibilities in consumer tech, brand strategy, and sourcing across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
