She currently serves as Project Manager at Al Salama Hospital, where she leads digital health projects including teleradiology, medical imaging and AI, and virtual clinics. In parallel, she works as a Health Informatics Consultant on healthcare IT projects, supporting workflow analysis, process mapping, user acceptance testing, and system verification to help organizations adopt new systems successfully.

Eman’s career began in Saudi Arabia’s public health sector, where she worked as PACS Manager at the Ministry of Health. She later expanded her regional expertise at Agfa HealthCare as a Regional Clinical Application Specialist, gaining exposure to enterprise imaging systems and healthcare IT deployment across the Middle East.

This mix of public-sector, private-sector, and tertiary-care experience gives her a broad understanding of how healthcare technology must be tailored to different organizational realities. It also helps explain her effectiveness as a change agent in complex digital transformation projects, where success depends on both technical implementation and user adoption.
