Currently serving as Head of HRP&P Business Support, Planning & Performance Management at Saudi Aramco, Al Maymouni contributes to the planning, performance, and business-support functions within the organization’s human resources landscape. Her leadership journey has been shaped by diverse roles that have enabled her to develop a broad understanding of how people, systems, data, policy, and organizational strategy intersect.
Al Maymouni’s professional journey with Saudi Aramco began in roles focused on corporate workforce analytics and HR systems. As an HR Analyst within Corporate Workforce Analytics, she developed exposure to workforce-related data and organizational requirements, building an analytical foundation that would later support her advancement into broader HR responsibilities.
She subsequently served as a Business System Analyst within the Data Management function of Saudi Aramco’s HR Systems & Support Department. This experience strengthened her understanding of HR technology, information management, and the systems that underpin effective workforce decision-making.
Her progression continued through HR policy and planning, where she served as an HR Analyst before taking on the role of HR Policy Lead in 2017. Over nearly six years in that position, she developed deeper expertise in HR policy and compensation while contributing to the development and management of practices supporting the organization’s workforce.
This progression illustrates a career built not around a single HR discipline, but across interconnected areas of people management, analytics, systems, policy, and planning.
A significant chapter in Al Maymouni’s career came with her move to Aramco Americas in Houston, where she served as Global Total Rewards Manager from May 2023 to July 2025.
The role expanded her perspective into global rewards management and provided experience within an international operating environment. Her work in total rewards complemented her earlier expertise in HR policy and compensation, creating a broader understanding of how organizations can align workforce programs with business priorities.
Returning to Saudi Arabia, Al Maymouni assumed her current leadership position as Head of HRP&P Business Support, Planning & Performance Management in August 2025. The role represents another step in her progression toward strategic HR leadership, combining business support, planning, and performance management.
Al Maymouni’s career reflects the increasingly integrated nature of modern human resources. Her background in management information systems, workforce analytics, HR technology, policy, compensation, and global total rewards provides a multidisciplinary foundation for addressing complex organizational challenges.

Earlier in her career, she also gained exposure to consulting through an internship with Al Hamdan Consulting Office, adding an external perspective to her understanding of organizational and business challenges.
Al Maymouni holds an MBA from IE Business School, earned between 2019 and 2021. Her graduate education complemented a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, completed between 2010 and 2014.
The combination of technology-oriented undergraduate education and advanced business training has supported her ability to approach HR through both operational and strategic lenses.
She has also contributed to professional knowledge through her publication, “The Role of RFID in SCM Macro Process,” reflecting an interest in the intersection of technology and business processes.
