Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Panda Retail Company, Rana leads recruitment initiatives focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within one of the Kingdom’s largest retail environments. Her progression within the organization—from Talent Acquisition Partner to Assistant Manager, HRBP, and now Talent Acquisition Manager—reflects her strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and commitment to organizational growth.

Her experience includes managing recruitment strategies, supporting workforce planning, enhancing hiring processes, and aligning talent acquisition with broader business objectives. She is recognized for her ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and employee engagement.

Before joining Panda Retail Company, Rana spent over six years within the healthcare and retail sectors at MAGRABi, where she held key roles in employee relations and talent acquisition. Her responsibilities covered HR operations, onboarding, government relations, SAP-based employee management, GOSI administration, visa processing, employee investigations, and workforce coordination. This experience strengthened her expertise in HR compliance, organizational processes, and employee lifecycle management.

She also contributed to HR operations within the education and corporate services sectors through roles at Batterjee Medical College and Broker Vision Co., building a diverse professional foundation across multiple industries.

Academic Achievement and Professional Growth

Academically, Rana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from University of Jeddah and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Management from King AbdulAziz University. She also holds the internationally recognized Associate Professional in Human Resources certification (aPHRi™), reinforcing her commitment to continuous professional development and modern HR practices.
