As IT Infrastructure Director at the same ministry, he modernized legacy systems through cloud migration, rolled out Microsoft 365, centralized ITSM capabilities, and deployed advanced performance monitoring with tools like AppDynamics. His leadership elevated the ministry’s cybersecurity posture, built internal technical capabilities, and ensured infrastructure readiness for large-scale digital service transformation.

He led technical presales, validated architectures, conducted customer workshops, and supported high-value deal closures through proof-of-concepts and RFP responses.
At SABB, as Technical Engineering Manager, he directed IT infrastructure and cloud operations, automating workflows, enhancing SLA delivery, and leading hardware lifecycle planning with strategic vendor evaluations. His earlier consulting role at the National Center for Performance Measurement involved designing secure cloud environments, leading RFP evaluations, and delivering governance frameworks that supported ADAA’s performance measurement objectives.
