His responsibilities encompass logistics, production, vendor management, staffing, procurement, scheduling, inventory, and resource allocation, ensuring that each element of an event is aligned with its operational requirements.

He works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to translate event objectives into actionable plans. Through KPI monitoring and data-driven decision-making, he evaluates operational performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements processes designed to reduce risk and strengthen turnaround times.

Prior to FULLCYCLE, Qashta built significant operational experience at ARGA Event Solutions, where he held senior operations responsibilities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

His work included managing screening checkpoints, monitoring performance metrics, identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies, and coordinating crisis-management and incident-response protocols. He also worked with airport stakeholders and security authorities while supporting personnel development through training, guidance, and performance monitoring.

This experience strengthened his ability to manage complex operational environments where safety, efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined execution are essential.

A Career Built on Versatile Management Experience

Qashta’s professional journey extends beyond event and security operations. Earlier roles at A.A Juma Plastic Pipes involved government transactions, collections, procurement of plant materials and spare parts, and staff supervision. He also gained commercial experience as a Sales Executive, where he conducted market research, presented products, and developed customer relationships.

His earlier position as Security Manager at Dead Sea Resort in Jordan further contributed to his operational and people-management experience.

Together, these roles have shaped a versatile management profile combining operational oversight, customer engagement, team leadership, procurement, process management, and problem-solving.

Qashta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Philadelphia University, complemented by academic qualifications in Accounting and Related Services.
