Since joining stc, Alhaider has progressed through key leadership roles, including Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, Vice President, Government & Corporate Sales, and Government Sales General Manager – EBU. In his current role, he leads sales and business development initiatives focused on strategic growth and market opportunities.

Telecom & Technology Expertise

His earlier career at Mobily and Cisco Systems built a strong foundation across telecommunications, enterprise networks, cloud, cybersecurity, mobility, value-added services, and project management.

At Cisco, he managed strategic business opportunities involving enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, fiber, mobility, and managed services.

Strategic & Board Leadership

Beyond his executive role, Alhaider serves as an ExCom/NRC member at center3 and has held senior governance positions with channels by stc. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Saudi Surfing Federation.

Alhaider holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from King Saud University, complemented by executive programs from Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and London Business School covering leadership, disruptive innovation, and finance.
