Prior to her role at Monshaat, Nouf spent several years at Mawhiba, where she worked as both a Training Specialist and Senior Specialist. Her work focused on supporting talent development initiatives, designing training programs, and enhancing learning opportunities for students and professionals.

Her earlier professional experiences also include roles in academic administration and education, reflecting a strong foundation in communication, organizational support, and people development.

Nouf holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Leadership and Strategic Management from King Saud University. She also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution.
