Throughout his tenure with Saudia, Mohammed has developed extensive expertise in station management, aviation operations, Hajj and Umrah operations, emergency response, resource optimization, and stakeholder coordination. His leadership has involved working closely with airport authorities, government agencies, regulatory bodies, ground service providers, and operational partners to maintain seamless aviation services.

As Station Manager in Riyadh, Mohammed has overseen daily airport operations, ensuring continuity, efficiency, safety, and adherence to airline standards. His responsibilities have included coordinating high-volume passenger movements during Hajj and Umrah seasons, managing VIP and high-profile passengers, supervising teams, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining service excellence.

His experience also includes supporting crisis and irregular operations, where effective decision-making and cross-functional coordination are essential. By guiding teams through operational challenges and ensuring timely responses, he has contributed to maintaining continuity in high-pressure environments.
