In her role, she directs large-scale operations that integrate MOH hospitals and PHCs with a network of more than 2,800 community pharmacies and 8,000 sub-chain locations. Under this model, the program has delivered tens of millions of prescriptions nationwide, significantly reducing patient waiting times and improving access for people who need medications quickly and reliably.

Her work also extends beyond prescription fulfillment. She has helped design and operate homecare delivery services for elderly patients and individuals with disabilities, while owning partnership development, legal coordination, tendering, price negotiations, and pharmacy relationship management.

Before joining NUPCO, Kholoud spent over 13 years at Kingdom Hospital & Consulting Clinics, where she served as Director of Pharmacy and Consulting Clinics. There, she led all pharmacy services across inpatient, outpatient, and consulting clinic operations with a team of 50 professionals and managed annual budgets ranging from SAR 30 million to 50 million.

Her leadership delivered consistent annual profits of SAR 6 million to 8 million, while also supporting major quality and compliance achievements. She guided the hospital through JCI, CBAHI, and ARMCO accreditations, designed pharmacy policies and safety protocols still in use today, and chaired key committees such as P&T, Infection Control, Narcotics, and OEC.
