She then moved into nursing supervision and assistant nursing director roles in Aseer Central Hospital before advancing into education as a nursing supervisor of education and clinical specialist nurse educator at King Saud Medical City.
Her transition into academia was marked by a rigorous international journey: she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Sophiahemmet University in Sweden, followed by a Master’s and PhD in Critical Care Nursing (Cardiac) from Monash University in Australia, graduating with top‑level grades.
